Location of resort and size of room is good along with parking availability and a very comfortable bed

Rooms are very run down, loud AC units that rumble, torn curtains, landscaping is not taken care of, all our toiletries & amenities were not refilled ; baby cockroaches in the drawers in the kitchen; staff in front desk were not the kind accommodating professionals they use to be

"i think people should be aware that the bar is not open when they are booking."

The bar was not open so i had to leave the hotel to go out and eat and have a glasss of wine
