property was nice, cool and clean

Very spacious room. Clean, quiet and comfortable.

Bit of a walk to room, but there are services to get you back and forth. Got a ride to our room when it was pouring rain.

The property was beautiful, well maintained, and every member of the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were being taken care of and were comfortable.

There was nothing I didn’t like, I would stay here every single time I visit Kona.

Great spot, clean, grounds are nice and close to beaches.

Staff were really friendly! The carpet in our room felt a bit sticky. The couch as well.

Clean rooms, lovely garden and fountains

I did not like the location of the condo, 12/74.it faced the road and parking area. It was not private at all. It also faced east so the sun was on the sitting area in the AM . We have stayed in these condos several times and was very unhappy with this one.

Resort provides great service, staff very accommodating, walking distance to beach activities

I liked the open feeling of the suite and having a complete kitchen. The balcony was large with beautiful landscaping to look out at. The staff that we met were all friendly and helpful
