Check In staff was great. Lady trying to push time share gave attitude after declining to attend.

We requested a ground floor room. wish it was a little closer to parking lot. I like that we had washer and dryer. Kitchen is great. Living space is nice. Pool and jacuzzi helped our body ha!ha!ha!

Everything was nice except having to park in a central parking garage and walk to our unit. Of course our’s had to be almost to the end of the lane.

The rooms and the hotel as well as the staff of the hotel itself were wonderful

We were told we would get a free week of vacation in any hotel if we wanted to do a property tour. We accepted and this tour was just a timeshare add basically. They tried to pressure us into paying 16000 dollars worth of timeshare even tho it s basically a scam. Again not the fault of the actual staff of the hotel but the people from the timeshare company. At the end my friend just got 2 days worth of vacation vouchers and can t even choose the hotels she wants.

Very nice stay. Property is being updated but even in the unit as is we had everything we needed. So nice to have a quiet home base. The AC was awesome. We had to turn it off one night and we are used to cold bedrooms. Some units may be a bit of a walk- we were in building 14 and the walk was very easy. Parking was easy and no extra charge. We picked up groceries at Target on the way but the local KTA was easy and next time we will just stop there.

This resort was so affordable, the staff have some of the best customer service. When asking for something they came within minutes. It's close to a farmers market and scuba tours. 15 mins from the beach

Love the spacious units, fully equipped kitchens (even had a rice cooker!) and in-unit washer dryer. The number of pools means they're never too crowded and close to your unit. Would definitely stay again.

According the photos it seemed nice. Nothing to do when you arrive. No hot water. Window broken. Window without glass in the bathroom. Really noisy.

Parking is inconvenient and lying to people making them do time share presentation when not required
