"Dated , old and not worth the budget "

The hotel is very old and dated . For a daily rate ranging from 100-130 sgd per night , you will be far better off paying an additional 50 sgd more for a five star hotel . The bed is old and I found a stray pubic hair on one of the twin beds . Staff was very nice and offered a free breakfast and apologized profusely for the room . This is more of a budget /motel style stay .

"Convenient and good condition "

It is amazing to stay in this hotel. Near grand theatre station and have a family mart right next to the hotel. Found a local area nearby that had a lot of street foods. Will stay again and highly recommend!

"Large, Comfortable Room"

The hotel is in pretty good condition and the room is very comfortable; both the bed and the room were very large. The room had all the common facilities such as hairdryer, slippers, and toiletries. The bathroom was big and had a nice shower. Convenient to walk to the metro station and to the nearby park for a little stroll.

"Quiet and hidden in the middle of the city"

Very good value for a 4 star hotel in the middle of Shenzhen near Luohu District, the hotel is well maintained with a modern & minimalist design. The reception staff is switched on and efficient and polite. It was an enjoyable stay!

"Nice hotel close to malls"

Excellent service, nice clean rooms with generous personal hygiene items , free daily mini fridge, English speaking staff, could do with a more comfortable soft bed :) , free wifi is terrible; connection is slow, lovely breakfast, has standard air flow temp so required a heater which was provided swiftly. Overall good hotel.

"Horrible hotel: injured me, non-clean food, bad TV"

This is the most horrible hotel I ever stayed. I agree with others bad reviews here. and please read them yourselves too. Here are some additional problems: -The sliding door from the room to the bathroom was damaged and injured me and got a lot of blood. After several days, there are still blood. The hotel does not have good first aid. With my repeated request, eventually I got some bandit. and I still blooded for several days. -The breakfast was not clean, especially the fruit. I got diarrhea immediately after the breakfast. The diarrhea was so sever that I had to change my pants in the middle of the day. After 2nd morning, I stopped to eat their fruit. This helped with my diarrhea. -The TV was very small at most 32 inches? And it could only show part of the regular movie/TV. The sound is horrible. With the price I paid, I can have much better rooms in Shenzhen. -The beds, as others said, are very hard and small. -There are some smells in the room and hall way. -The environment/view of the hotel was horrible. Basically, bad view. It is overall more like a shady low cost motel than a hotel. Don't go there!
