Aspen Suites Hotel Fairbanks

This is hotel was terrible! There was a huge blood stain on the mattress and it stained the sheets right where the blood stsin was. I showed Robert the Manager and his response was "Thats why it has a mattress cover!" I had a hard time breathing at night, I asked to have my room vaccuumed their response was we only vaccuum every 2 weeks! I can go on with other issues, but Robert charged me $45.00 for the sheets and never told me. I made a formal complaint. When I told Robert this he said I was a liar and put me on a black list so I can not stay at any of their hotels which is a joke! Don't stay here it's not worth it!

Room was great. But when the guests came down at 0700 to get their grab and go breakfast, they were told that the hotel was out of breakfasts. Part of what we paid for was a breakfast. That is one of the main reasons we put the employees there at that hotel. So they could grab breakfast and get to their jobsite. An hour after "breakfast" was supposed to be available we are told they are all out. This is VERY POOR planning on the hotels part.

Staff was extremely kind and helpful!!!!

The staff is very friendly, clean and confortable.

It’s a good place to stay when you come visit Fairbanks.
