Have been here for a couple months and it is very peaceful, Robert always help with anything you need and the rest of the staff is very nice. Never much noise and everything is great for the price especially. Thank you to everyone who works here it makes alaska even better ‐ AJ

I have stayed many places in Fairbanks, and Extended Stay has to be the best. We have two babies and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. It is very clean, it’s right next to Fred meyers and there’s 24/7 coffee. This place is genuinely so awesome!!!!

The manager is always very welcoming. Love staying here.

Not only nasty and noises from fridge but manager was rude and threaten with review removals if it said anything negative ! Then hung up on me! When you walk into your room after trying your key over 10 times ( cause person next door said it takes 10-20 times to get door to open) and you don’t feel comfortable sitting ANYWHERE! It’s time to check out. I wanted to let them know I would not be staying there the 4 nights I reserved but the way he spoke to me was horrible!

I couldn't check into the room because I used my brother's debit card and I was rejected at the front desk because I didn't have his card when I got to the hotel.

The hotel is within 5 minutes of the hotel and right next to a Fred Meyer. They had good security to get into the hotel and the rooms were clean

The mattresses were very very firm and the thermostat didn't seem to work. We were very warm in the room so that's better than being too cold I guess.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean and convenient.

A guest left their 2 dogs unattended. Those dogs barked non-stop. Staff were apologetic and actively corrected the issue. The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was worn down to springs with no padding on one side. My back did not appreciate that. Also, TV had issues. Picture was small and stuck in top left corner because of uploading the TV guide which never came up.
