The staff was friendly. Unfortunately our bathroom had mold on the ceiling. The second night we were there, there was a constant bending sound that would snake the walls.

The fact that the guy said our reservation didn't exist and that when I had an agent call him he said he didn't believe the agent was actually from booking.com. he was very rude
