When I first arrived the clerk ignored me for a while until the supervisor alerted him that a customer was waiting. After that everything was good.

Benjamin at the front desk goes above and beyond. He is truly appreciated. The property itself is clean and well-kept and is the perfect place to stop and stay while we find a good place to land for a few months. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The kitchenette you walk in to is a welcome feature.

This is my first time at this property and I'm blown away with the level of customer service here. All of the workers here are professional, especially Benjamin. He has been here for a short time, I believe he said a year and you couldn't tell. He has great home manners, respect and courtesy. He is also coming through with style. He dresses the role he aspires to achieve. It's been great staying here.

The room was phenomenal, the hospitality was great, Benjamin was great with his level of services too. The stay has been well accommodated and accompanied with new, revised amenities. This new renovated property is a great place to stay

Really enjoying my stay. Well-maintained and quiet environment works for me. The staff has been wonderful Benjamin has been so helpful and positive people like him make my transition so much easier on me.

Horrible. Very scary people walking in the hallways. The bed was sandy. I would not recommend. I’m a leisure and travel writer and have given a very bad review.

People walking around were seedy. I left and never slept there.

I came here just over a year ago, and I appreciate being able to stay here :-) The hotel is comfortable, and my room is pleasant. The folks who work here are wonderful - Benji is so very helpful and welcoming, Brooke is warm and friendly, and Katie is also kind and helpful! (The other folks I have met are pleasant, also!) In my opinion, this is a wonderful place for seniors who are either downsizing (and determining next steps) or are striving to live a simpler life. Thank you for being a part of my life!!

Location is good

Very dirty. I was in a situation where I needed a place with a fridge and kitchen. I was horrified at how dirty the room was. I bought cleaning supplies and scrubbed so much dirt and gunk (sticky gross gunk on surfaces) took me a couple hours to get it clean. Also-it smelled so bad like dog. There was gross sticky gunk under the bed and a lot of dog hair

The breakfast and staff . Bed was very comfortable

The bathroom sink was plugged when using and we ended up with a handicapped room. We are not handicapped? One day when we were leaving the back door by our room we ran in to two young men smoking pot and made us uncomfortable with lewd comments
