"Hotel professionalism"

Benjamin, the gentleman who works the front desk, was spectacular. I stayed here solely based on the reviews that this property has. Benjamin's name stood out many times in most of the review for the level of service he provides. Once we checked in, he made sure to go above and beyond right from the jump. From showing us a few different rooms and accommodating my family's needs. This hotel is blessed to have this man on their staffing, because now I have faith in great customer service. Management here is also upstanding. One night, the fire alarms went off by mistake and many people were upset by the inconvenience in timing. But Katie, the general manager was so courteous and professional. She ensured that all her guests stayed informed as well as safe

Benjamin was absolutely amazing! If only I could encounter this man and his customer service everywhere I go!! Even dealing with a power outage while we were there he exceeded the expectations on every level! Because of him I will definitely be staying here again!

"Friendly staff but unreliable room keys"

Benji at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Convenient location for people working in Canyon Park, access to many stores, and a bus stop. But the room keys did not work the best and had to be reprogrammed several times.
