Benji was excellent

Front desk guy was great

Numerous people from my company spent up to 6 weeks in this location, and it was by far the best Extended Stay any of us have ever been in, and we travel for at least 10 months a year. Benji was very good at taking care of any requests we had, and making sure that were felt valued, in addition the rest of the staff was great, had to watch one put up with a fool that actually wanted him to step out side, no one should have to put up with that kind of behavior.

This hotel has really good hospitality representatives. When I checked in here originally through my company, I was greeted in a very warm and professional manner. I was reassured that this hotel offered all the amenities that I would need in order to feel like home while being on the road for work, everyone from the general manager, Katie and the assistant manager, Brooke all the way to the front desk representative, Benjamin have been extremely helpful during my stay. This property has rooms that are designed as if they were a studio style, apartment or suite depending on your definition of a comfortable living arrangement. They include a small to go breakfast as well are on our way to work in the morning and a kitchenette to come back to cook our meals when we are done with work. Overall, this has been a pleasant stay and I’m thoroughly encouraged by the level of customer service that has been received here. I hope that my work allows me to stay at this property again the future.

Benji set me up with a perks profile and touched up the room to accommodate a very comfortable stay. He showed me the room to make I was satisfied and also welcomed my dog to cooperate with the companies beliefs of being a pet friendly establishment

They would not allow us to check in

At check-in, it’s special to truly feel like a guest, a family or friend visiting. Benjamin provided just that type of welcome and not just at check-in. I watched him greet guests with a smile and hello every time someone entered the door. Thank you for making the stay special.

Rooms were dirty and garbage can was full of dirty diapers.

The staff here has been friendly, knowledgeable and very supportive of my current circumstances. They don’t hold judgement. They embrace everyone who walks in the establishment with respect, grace and absolute professionalism. I would like to give props to Benjamin for his ability to go above and beyond during my check in process last night. Recognition is due where recognition is deserved. When i came in for check in, he was cleaning the main foyer, elevator and helping another guest. He acknowledges everyone who comes in and greets them by name. I find that mad impressive. This man is a gift to the company. I want everyone to know that this is indeed a place of great hospitality.
