Extended Stay America Suites - Seattle - Bothell - West

It was dirty. We checked into a dirty room, and so we upgraded, there were pubes all over the shower and toe nails on the floor.

I came into the Extended StayAmerica hotel, expecting just another new work in the city and stay at a hotel experience… Man, oh man was expecting something completely different than the way. I was treated like family from the minute. I walked in the door to the minute. I checked out when my contract was done. Benji, Katy, And Dakota have been three of the most helpful, personable and meticulous front desk clerks I have yet run across in my years as a traveling worker…. I will recommend this hotel and their staff especially the three men above get a $10 raise and if I were their employer, I would promote them to keep them in the company and keep them doing all the good they are doing and give them more power to do more… But words to the wise, if you don’t take advantage and care of those who support you, they will find someone who will…. Booked 3 people. Upon arrival, after traveling for 14 hours, there were sleeping accommodations for 2. Pull-out sofa had no linens. Front desk unattended, and waited 8 minutes for someone to appear. After she rustled around in different rooms for a few minutes, linens were provided. Sofa bed terribly uncomfortable, even as sofa beds go. Queen bed creaked and squeaked on every move. There is NO breakfast, only a small selection of pre-packaged muffins and trail mix bars. Minimally acceptable place to stay for the night.

The staff member Benjamin was the nicest, most helpful hotel employee we have ever met. The room was nice and we liked that it had a kitchen.

Highly recommend staying here due to the excellent service provided by the staff. Benjamin and Vince provided the highest quality of service checking us in and adjusting our existing itinerary to accommodate an unplanned extra night. The place is freshly remodeled, and upgrades are super reasonable. Whether staying for a couple days or weeks, you can’t go wrong here.

After we had a cancelled flight from Baltimore to Seattle and had to take the next flight 12 hours later we had to check in to ESA hotel around midnight. Their computer systems were down while they sent their figures to headquarters from 12 midnight til 3AM so the clerk could not check us in till 3:00 am. Asked if we could use the bathroom while we waited and was told that the only bathrooms were in the rooms. I will never stay here again even though we have before!

Since day one everyone has been polite and professional. It is indeed a safe area, where when you stay here then you feel comfortable. It is generally a quiet location if you are looking for a get away or long term stay whether it be for work or personal reasons. The housekeepers do a phenomenal job of detail cleaning these newly renovated rooms for guests to settle in promptly to arrival. Benjamin from the front desk is also very helpful, informative and accommodating to any needs that myself or others may have during their stay. Lastly, there is a handful amount of businesses ( restaurants and shopping) in the surrounding area that you are able to go to if you Would like to explore the area

Benji at the front desk is amazing. Very accommodating and by far best service I’ve received in a hotel. The upgrade was greatly appreciated. Super funny and just seeing him remember people’s names was so refreshing

Had to stay the night in Bothell and was really satisfied with the room! Benjamin was also extremely kind and helpful with fantastic customer service and helpful tips on the area!
