"Don’t waste your money here"

Terrible parking, signs of unhoused people, didn’t feel safe parking there. Arrives to check in, had to wait around for 10-15 minutes as worker was gone to store. No ice machines, has a kitchenette but you have to go request dishes and supplies from front desk. Not a place I want to pay that price for, nor ever start again.

The property was clean and quiet. The hotel offers the bare minimums. Booking a room with a kitchen, I was surprised to open the cabinets and they were empty! I had to request dishes! They did not include a wash cloth/sponge for cleaning and when I went to use the stove only 1 of the 2 burners worked. Breakfast is very minimal and I would not call it breakfast. There is not a hair dryer, lotion, hair conditioner…it is bare minimum and felt very cheap. I will not stay here again. It did not meet my needs.

"Filthy and disgusting"

absolutely nothing

this place was disgusting and filthy. we checked in and called downstairs to adv we were going to leave and needed a refund, after several calls from the check in person to his manager, he advised I would be contacted the next day to get a refund from the manager. Would never stay (or attempt to stay) here or anywhere by this hotel group ever again

The property was recently remodeled and my room looked great! The prperty is clean and well kept and the staff is amazing. Benji has been the absolute best and is very friendly and helpful. Its always nice to be greeted by name after a long day and he can always make you smile.

There was a large puddle on the floor from the leaky AC unit. Had to clean up with most my towels. Took shower the next morning, no hot water..Took cold shower was pissed off!

"Best extended stay in Bothell!"

The staff especially Benji Brooke and Katie have been nothing but great to us since we have been staying here! Always super helpful and always with a smile on their face and ready to accommodate any way they can! Def have made our stay feel like home!
