Extended Stay America Suites - Seattle - Bothell - West

Good service

Not up to par with other extended stays I’ve stayed in but fine for a last minute stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Could use a refurbish but comfortable enough to stay in.

I had the pleasure of staying at Extended Stay America in Bothell West, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I checked in, the staff lead by the GM Katie Shumann made me feel welcome. Katie is terrific and awesome and has assembled a great team around her. Supported by Brooke, the Assistant Manager goes above and beyond is so helpful, solves issues with kindness. Benji at the Front Desk greets each quest by name throughout their stay, has a great memory and is excellent. Dakota the swing shift support is so smart and superb he goes all out to make my stay wonderful. The recent renovations have given the property a fresh, modern feel—everything from the lobby to the rooms felt clean and inviting.. My room was spacious, quiet, and well-equipped with a full kitchen, which made my extended stay incredibly convenient. Housekeeping was consistent and respectful of my schedule, and the front desk team was always ready to assist with a smile. What stood out most was the genuine hospitality. Whether I needed extra towels, local recommendations, or just a friendly chat after a long day, the staff went above and beyond. It’s rare to find a hotel that balances comfort, affordability, and warmth so well. I’d definitely recommend this location to business travelers or anyone looking for a reliable home-away-from-home in the Seattle area.

Great place to stay. The staff were amazing.

I checked in and went to my room. It was filthy and not cleaned from the previous user. It seemed like the staff (very nice and helpful) didn’t know where to put me after that. I was given a “Disabled” room. It felt like a hospital room and had the most uncomfortable bed.

Great hotel with big fridge and kitchenette. Benji at the front desk is super friendly and helpful. He keeps everything clean and does an amazing job of getting everyone everything they might want/need to make their stay enjoyable.

AC did not work, electrical smell from the AC. Shower water was only warm. Windows did not open very far to cool off the room when it was hot. Laminate on the counter coming off.

I had a great experience at this hotel! The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. A special shoutout to Benjamin—he went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth with my stay. Super helpful, professional, and genuinely kind. He made me feel taken care of, which really stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back here on my next trip. Highly recommend!

The room was good size and the beds were very comfy.

You can’t check form 11-2 because there system updates. What a joke. Will never stay again
