"Ok , would have been better if they would have cleaned our room as promised."

They said they would clean the room every other day. They did not. Ran out of towels. Asked for new towels. Was told we would have to wait for the cleaning staff to arrive. By the time they delivered them we were leaving.

AC was noisy in our 1st room. Had a loud whine. Fine in 2nd room. AC units were older. Every time they went on , it was loud. Would have liked to leave the fan on constantly to make it unnoticeable. However, that couldn't be done. Everything else was Ok. Breakfast was good with plenty of food.

The property is super clean. The check in was smooth & the clerk was incredibly pleasant. Check in was just as easy and the clerk was amazing!

The only negative I have is the room was hot. The air said 66 but I was uncomfortable all night.

Nothing really the floor was messed up me and my kids were scared to walk through our room because the floor was not stable.

A lot the floor in our room was very weak and not stable, the beds were broken down, the floors were dirty. One of my kids found a toy that was left in the room. The bathroom wasnโ€™t restocked with toilet paper from who ever was the previous tenants. It was highly disappointing. And for some reason my card was charged an extra $20 and Iโ€™m not sure why?
