Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Cincinnati Eastgate

We have stayed at this property several times and have always left satisfied. From the clean rooms, to nice staff, to pleasant breakfast, etc. Everything about this location has been positive!

Check in was a breeze and the employee was pleasant and engaged in conversation. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Amazing hotel convenient and nice amenities. Only issue with trip is I was charged almost $200 for nothing, my card I used for incidentals was charged with no incidentals. It’s bad when this has been pending on my car for 2 weeks and is using my available balance. When I spoke to Marriott support they told me to reach out to hotels support. Hotel support after numerous phone calls told me to dispute the charge with my card carrier. Unprofessional way to resolve an issue I have no idea what’s it’s for and the hotel doesn’t know either.

When I entered the property I immediately noticed buckets in the middle of the lobby catching water from the leak / hole in the ceiling. I checked in Monday and checked out Thursday and it was like that entire time. I get it these things happen - but fix it! I was with a group of 7 and no one had maid service the entire time. THIS is a dealbreaker for me. I brought food from bfast buffet to my room and the dirty plates and coffee cups stayed with me entire stay. Breakfast is very nice though and included, a plus! Hotel did not have a business travelers feel to it. Stayed here before with no problems but won’t be back.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable beds

Simply not good. Reported kids running up and down the halls after 11pm with nothing done. When I asked staff for pool towels they just said “there are none” and offered no solution other than “maybe someone can find an empty room with towels” but then no one did that. I couldn’t believe how rude and uncaring it seemed the front desk and the housekeeping department were. I chose this hotel because I’ve always liked staying at Fairfield brand hotels in the past but I won’t again be staying again.

Serene environment

We had a great stay! The only complaint we have is the pillows… they start out great, but legit deflate. Almost like a feather pillow with not enough feathers. You honestly have to use about 3 to equal the thickness of a regular pillow. But we made it work. We would stay again, as it is super clean and staff if great. But would honestly bring our own pillows.
