Every time I visit this hotel, it seems they donโ€™t clean the rooms unless guests specifically request it. Iโ€™ve stayed here for up to five days, and during that time, no cleaning was doneโ€”same towels, no garbage removal, and unmade beds. To see any change, Iโ€™ve had to file a complaint. Additionally, it appears the hotel doesnโ€™t conduct proper room inspections before making them available to guests. Iโ€™ve encountered issues like leaking and loose bathroom faucets and even an electrical hazard where one of the outlets was completely exposed and unsecured. Overall, my experience hasnโ€™t been good. That said, I must acknowledge that the service clerks have been very polite and helpful.

This place was great. It just went through a remodel. Everything new again. Nothing bad to say. We didn't eat breakfast so not sure how the food was. Everything was clean, bed and pillows were perfect. Loved the new showers.
