This was a horrible experience. The location had a power outage. I went to where the check in was. Didn’t look like the photos. The manager was rude and when I asked about the power outage they said if I wanted a refund to contact hotels.com for it. When I contacted hotels.com the hotel tried to deny the refund

Room was recently remodeled, but a caveman could've painted better. Loud verbal argument outside from other guests... their child was screaming due to their fight.

Honestly I couldn’t sleep all night there’s was a couple screaming and fighting from 9pm-5am.In and out of there room and arguing outside there car.And management didn’t do anything
