It did it job. Went for graduation. Location is a bit sketchy

Some stuff that can be fixed but this staff was the most accessible staff I ever encountered. That made my day. Shower was hot and bed was comfy. Small details but besides that a good experience. Deserves the 4 stars mostly for the staff help :)

Worst stay ever. Had ants in bed, dirty towels, dirty bathroom, chipped paint, dislodged floor boards, etc... There is no hotel lobby, instead, it's a service window separated with bulletproof glass.

Great place to stay

Upon first glance, we really loved it! Seemed newly refurbished. the marble bathroom was beautiful. I was traveling alone with my little sister and baby, when we were going to bed the first night, we noticed that our window lock was completely broken and wouldnt lock, the window faces outside and it was large enough for multiple people to fit into, so we were freaked out and couldn't sleep because we didn't feel safe. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything in the other rooms and outside. The refillable soaps in bathroom were empty, but it was fine because we brought our own.

I was greeted by a lady that was barefoot, no smile, she looked like she had just woken up from her nap- at an after-hours window. The check-in seemed shady to me. The lady did not utter a word other than when she needed my id and card. She then proceeds to give me my room card and i went up to the room - and it was occupied. Again, the lady didn’t utter a word nor gave me an apology. She seemed baffled. What seems to be her husband, comes out and gives me another room key. The room was-for the most part clean. My beddings and towels all smelled of curry. The AC had a chip and my beddings had holes in them.
