This hotel provides good value. The location is a bit outside Ft Collins/Loveland but worked for us as we needed to go to a nearby wedding venue several times. Breakfast was convenient. Only major note for improvement is the lighting in the rooms is a bit unpleasant, warmer yellow would make a big difference vs bright white

We got our room at a very good room rate that wasn’t worth paying due to the room temperature problems

The AC/HEAT kept alternating hot and cold all through the night. I knew there was only a college student at the front desk who wouldn’t be able to fix it. There was a fireplace in the room but it wasn’t turned on. The hot tub jets were covered in crud and if you were to turn it on with the water on it would all shoot out into the water. I spoke to the manager about these issues before we left in the morning.
