Carlton Hotel Lyon - MGallery Collection

The location was great and the breakfast was nice.

We did not have any hot water in our room. The staff checked to confirm this was in fact the case of n our room. However, our friends staying in the other wing did have hot water. Sadly, we were not offered an alternate room and had to endure this uncomfortable situation for our stay.

Das Personal sowohl an der Rezeption, an der Bar, beim Frühstück oder auf dem Zimmer, durchweg super freundlich, immer da, Loesungen werden schnell gefunden. In diesem Hotel ist von Personalknappheit nichts zu spüren. Immer ist jemand da. Gaebe es 6 Sterne wuerde ich auch die geben. Das Hotel selber hat kleine Zimmer mit relativ großen Baedern. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Der wasserdruck in den zimmern koennte höher sein. Aber Lage und Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter machen die kleinen Minuspunkte wett. Wir kommen wieder.

Beautiful room, great location, big shower. We kept the windows open and enjoyed the music from the Monday and Tuesday night Dance Club which took place right outside our room. We loved it!!
