ESJ Beach Hotel

Ive stayed here before and my previous experience was the complete opposite to this one. Upon arrival in the early morning.... our side of the building was without water. In addition to being unable to shower, we found an infeststion of roaches on bed, in covers. We brought this to management's attention and they did little to nothing to show concern. Needless to say we cancelled our reservation and left later that morning. They had a complete disregard for these unsanitary conditions. Did not even TRY to compensate in any way.

No pool. Damaged walls and old.

The rooms were horrible, furniture old and rusty. Bathroom need an update as well as the rug. This room didn't look like the room in the picture. I believe this is a fraudulent advertisement from expedia or the property. Never again

The water was off for 12 hours during my stay. I had to bathe with water bottles and brush my teeth with them. They didn’t offer a credit or remove money off the hotel for inconvenience. I was happy that I was able to do my laundry there but locating the laundry facility was very hard since it was on basement two and there’s only one elevator that goes to basement two there’s also no air conditioning or service in basement too so it’s very scary down there. Overall, the hotel was very beautiful and had a lot of space and I absolutely love the balcony but due to not having water for 12 hours, I will not be booking here again.

Perform an Up grade to the room.

Close to beach. Water main break but 12 hours with no water is unacceptable. Reserved two queen size beds got two full size beds very uncomfortable.

It was amazing. Very clean and the staff was very friendly.

I thought customer service was excellent
