We liked the clean freshness of the room and the close proximity to route 95 is a plus. Also the price was very good.

At this time I can’t think of any negatives with our stay.

The beds were comfortable. Staff was very welcoming when I arrived. She stated that what I booked online was not what I was going to get. And she gave me the opportunity to do something different.

I booked a double bed with a pull-out out couch. They were no couch in the room (I was made aware when I arrived). If would have been nice if the website was updated or someone from the company should have called stating the hotel situation and not waited until individual check-in. To state those things. Due to construction the was no parking when I returned from my event. The trailers and construction equipment took up most of the parking spaces in the rear of the hotel. Also, due to constructions, there was a lot of nails in the parking lot. My room floor was not cleaned. I have pictures of the floor once my aunt cleaned the floors while we were there.

i loved the cleanliness of my room and the staff water pressure in shower was immaculate

the lobby could be touched up, can tell it’s not a priority for cleaning but it gets done sometimes.

First of all the name change to sparks by Hilton so we had a hard time finding the place. Then the young lady at the reception desk said it's a new system because the hotel was being remodel. And she had to take my payments manually and she didn't really know how. So they ran my card 7 times and locked my bank card. I'm traveling so now my funds are locked because of them instead of her saying something or calling someone for help. And the manager she is very rude and has a nasty attitude. So I would Never book with this hotel again.

False advertising they said my room came with a pull out couch and there wasn't one. There was no hot breakfast like the website said. Was no aware of the remodeling of the hotel that started at 8am to 5pm. The bathroom was dirty had to clean it myself. Just was disappointed.
