I had to wait for the room to be cleaned and it wasn’t clean, clean it myself. The floor was still wet. I use the stairs and I saw one of the doors to the outside is prompt open by a rock and I run into the manager in the hall and I said the doors Prompt open is the security issue here he said oh did you close it? What kind of question is that I don’t work for him I’m not an employee. rotten fruit it wasn’t even breakfast. It’s just horrible. It looks very cheap cutting corners. They were out of cups. They were out of so many things. Nobody was around to help. I got coffee both times that stayed there. I did not eat anything. I’ve stayed in your property and other states and they had really nice breakfast. This one. I mean they actually have rotten fruit sitting out there is nothing else dry cereal, and some other crap. It was just terrible the worst. I like nothing about your property.

Everything the manager, you had one employee that was nice of the front desk an older lady that’s it. There’s nothing to like about your property.

I liked the location and the staff. This was my first stay at Spark and I would stay again.

I didn't like there was no hot breakfast option. The hotel seemed to be short staffed at times, which led to delays with getting assistance at the front desk or housekeeping. The staff on duty did their very best to be attentive to my needs.

Mixed feeling about this property. I arrived early , around 1:30, and had hoped I could check in early. I had pre checked in, which was a major mistake. They said my room wasn't ready, bur they would get to it as soon as they could. I waited in lobby and checked every half hour. Still not ready at 3:30, at which point they asked me if Id take another room. Of course I said , I was tired from a long trip and was ready. Room itself was very nice and looked new. Quiet, comfy bed. The breakfast provided was among the worse Ive ever had at any hotel. No hot food. Some unpeeled hard boiled eggs , some fruit, and some packaged bread, bagels, muffins and pastries. Room was a 5, rest of experience was a 1. Service was nice, but they were obviously shorthanded and overwhelmed.

Sparse furnishings, no luggage rack, no in room coffee maker, ice bucket had no plastic bag liner or lid. Toilet was stained. Looked like a low budget hotel at Hilton rate.

Breakfast was generally good! Would have enjoyed some hot food like eggs, French toast, pancakes, bacon, sausage, etc!

Very pleased with your accommodations! Nothing negative to complain about!
