Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Marion by IHG

Well it was a good Motel good friendly service my room was okay TV couldn't figure out the TV though and there was one other thing and I can't remember what it was but all I know the state was good

Elevator did not work the entire weekend. Room was clean, exterior doors very beat up and dirty. Good breakfast.

We stayed here while visiting family in the area. The staff was friendly but the hotel has signs of a need for significant remodel. From the tile as you be walk in the front door, to the ripped carpet at the 3rd flor landing off the elevator to the elevator not working properly, the signs were there of a property that has not been properly cleaned and taken care of. Our room was also not very clean and the shower had mold in it. We will not be staying here again.

Close to expressway and restaurants. Staff was friendly.

Lobby was freezing as outside door closing module was broken and propane torpedo heater was blasting non stop. It felt obvious this was an old hotel that was recently remodeled but still felt old. Bathroom had constant bad odor and felt dirty. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable.

Very nice area. Convenient for everything we needed.
