It had availability when we needed it.

I first called directly and was quoted ~$50 more than the advertised quote . I informed the front desk person about the apparent discrepancy. After realizing there would not be a negotiation of the rate, I contacted Booking. com and was able to book for reasonable rate. Our room was clean but seemed in need of maintenance. There were no bath towels but got by with hand towels Breakfast was good. I would not return to this property.
