Check in was bad. Expedia had apparently reserved two rooms for me and used a payment that was a problem for the hotel. It took forever to straighten out. I’m not happy with Expedia or the hotel.

I accidentally made a purchase in December. I was trying to make a reservation for January going through booking.com, but the sight glitched and changed the dates. As soon as I noticed 15 minutes later, I canceled the reservation. Booking.com confirmed it was canceled immediately. I had multiple screenshots as proof. This hotel still charged me because the site did not cancel with them on their end. I don’t see how that is my fault and why I should have paid about $140 for it. I have been attempting to contact management for months by phone, email and through booking.com with no luck. I’ve left multiple messages and keep getting ignored by management. This was not a mistake on my end & they have not been helpful at all. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced.
