"Dirty shower, yellow towels, broken hot tub"

The only reason we chose this hotel was to relax in the hot tub, but it was broken. Sitting in dirty hot water was disgusting. There was a lot of dirt and sediment floating around. The shower in our room was dirty with a lot of hairs everywhere... and this happened at our previous stay too. The water pressure is lacking and the towels are a dirty shade of yellow. I also noticed the yellow towels at our previous stay as well. And when we went to fill the ice bucket with ice, our ice bucket was half filled with water. Does anyone actually clean these rooms? This was our last time ever staying there.

"If the hot tub works, I would consider booking again."

The room was clean and could be made dark with the blinds. Breakfast was excellent. I truly enjoyed the biscuits and gravy.

The hot tub, (which was a reason for booking), was not working. I wish I was informed of that. I wouldn't have stayed there had I known. The water pressure wasn't too good either.

Beds are super comfy, breakfast was good, staff was very nice, hotel is very clean. They also have Dove products in the showers so you don't have to bring your own which worked perfect!!
