Room was nice. Loved the pool and hot tub.

Breakfast was not good. They charged me twice for my room and it took me over a week and several hours on the phone to get my money back. Even after they realized their mistake, I received nothing but an apology to accommodate my time and the amount of time they took to refund me.

The doors throughout floor slam shut. It can be heard clear down the hall into the room. Woke us up about 6 times. Seems like you could adjust closures or have slow close.

Clean and nice decor. Location to Outlets, Indoor Pool & Fitness Center were nice.

Hot tub jets were not working as the staff said waiting on a part. Breakfast was not to our liking. Cold, toaster did not work well and the garbage was overflowing and messy. Staff inattentive to any of these issues.
