Los monitores de animación, en especial Blanca que estaban siempre muy atentos en todo y haciendo pasar ratos muy divertidos y hacen que los días se pasarán mejor.

La limpieza de las habitaciones y la ubicación a la playa un poco lejos de lo que pensábamos. Poca comida en el buffet y la mayoría pensada para los guiris.

Comida é muito pobre e pouco variada Nao vale a pena ir em regime "All inclusive" Nao existe informação escrita em lado nenhum, de quais são as das bebidas de bar incluidas no all inclusive. Os vinhos ao jantar eram horríveis, todos eles.

Manuel a recepción rendkívül kedves és segítőkész. A kétszemélyes szobában az ágy kényelmes. Jó elhelyezkedés, 5 perc séta a tengerpart.

Az első éjszakát egy egyszemélyes szobában kellett eltöltenünk, mert full house volt! Ha lefoglalom a kétszemélyes szobát, akkor ez hogyan történhet meg? Az étkezés kielégítő, de lehetne változatosabb néha. Illetve az sem tetszett hogy 1-2 napos ételeket szolgálnak fel…saláta már barna volt, az előző este sütött halat mivel nem fogyasztották annyian belekerült másnap a paellaba stb. Nem tudtuk kipihenni magunkat, mivel a programok minden nap éjfélig tartottak. Csukott ajtónál is ordított a zene a szobában. Nem tudtunk 6 óránál többet aludni. Volt hogy hajnalban a helyi csibészek még a medence mellett beszélgettek hangosan és úsztak( a medence 19 óráig van nyitva). Szóltam a recepción és intézkedtek…de aki este 9-10 órakor szeretne aludni az felejtse ezt el. A többi vendég pofátlanul már reggel 7kor lerakta a törölközőjét a napágyra, de volt aki csak délután feküdt rá. Limitált a napágyak száma, így ez bosszantó. Inkább lementünk a közeli beach bárba és fizettünk a napágyért. Jól esett volna ha kijelentkezéskor megkérdezik a recepción, hogy hogy éreztük magunkat vagy valami!

2 place disponible au parking l'acceuil a refuser que je me gare soit disant pour c'est client sachant que j'ai reserver cet hotel car il y avait le parking j'ai tout pris en photos et é cours de litiges aupres de booking car suite au refus de me garer j'y ai pas sejournee la bas vu qu'a leur yeux je suis pas client meme si on paye et les place de parking choisis leur client

First of all, the hotel is wonderful. The swimming pool, garden, and restaurant are clean and modern, and the amazing staff are always ready to greet and help you. ​Secondly, the rooms are very clean with a nice modern touch, comfortable beds, and great views from the balcony. Having a fridge and A.C. in the room is incredibly useful, and the blackout blinds are amazing for an afternoon power nap! The bathroom is also very clean, with a hairdryer provided and hot water available at any hour. The food is amazing. Plenty of diversity and tastes. Every day they have different types of entertainment.

There are not to many things I didn't like but one of them is the guy who clease the garden at exactly 8.30 every morning with a leaf blower. That is it.

El personal muy atento y la limpieza muy bien , el servicio de comedor estupendo los camareros geniales la comida bien , variedad aceptable,relación calidad precio bien por supuesto hemos estado en hoteles de 4 estrellas mejores pero también más caros ,así que se puede mejorar

Como siempre que la gente llegue por la mañana y coja con las toallas todas las hamacas de la piscina eso habría que mirarlo El servicio de merienda
