I had a terrible experience in this hotel. A MOUSE was in my room. In 10 years traveling and staying in almost 200 different hotels, first time I see something like this. When I went to tell the front desk they gave me another room but never apologized or offered me any compensation or anything. They acted as if I had a problem with my TV. Worst experience ever. The hotel is dirty, it is a risk I took since was cheap, but there should be boundaries, you cannot offer a room with rats inside! One other thing, in the morning they start knocking doors early to rush the check outs. I was trying to sleep after a long flight and they decided to wake me up very early … Horrible hotel .

At checkin they did not have my travelocity reservation, so it took a long time to check in. The airport shuttle was not large or frequent enough, as there were too many guests who needed to get to the airport in the morning. We had to wait for the next shuttle.
