Best Western At O'Hare

My flight was cancelled and I was rebooked on a flight the following day My stay was short but the room was clean and comfortable.

Room clean. Received the ADA room requested. Room was not cleaned after Day 1 and it ruined my stay. One of the advantages of paying is to have someone else straighten up after you. Not happy and not choosing BW again. You had one job!

It was conveniently located near airport. However, the main hotel's elevator was down. It was inconvenient. But, there were nearby fast food restaurants

Staff were polite and helpful after my flight was canceled. Shuttle to the airport was also excellent.

I wouldn’t recommend staying there. The rooms were t the cleanest and it took 1h for the shuttle bus to pick up from the airport. For the comparison Sheraton and Marriott hotels shuttles came every 20 minutes. The front desk, person working at the buffet were very nice. The breakfast was good too. It is okay for the price and the breakfast but I would expect cleaner rooms, it is older building and some of the things in room updates. The beds were comfortable.

Terrible, terrible, terrible, dirty, elevators don't work, did i mention terrible. so dirty and disgusting! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Disgusting and in poor repair! After checking in and making way to the first elevator, I found it blocked and out of order. I then made my way to the back of the hotel to the 2nd elevator. When walking through the halls, the carpet was so dirty, many of the colors were unrecognizable. After getting to the 2nd elevator, it was not blocked, but it also did not work. i used the stairs to the upper level and found the hall carpet worse and with a foul odor. After getting to my room, I opened the door to a worse odor and looked in the bathroom to find brown, nasty, stinky, sludgy water in the tub, sink, and all over the floor and bathroom counter. I went back to the front desk and complained. The clerk laughed before getting me another room. Going back to the second room, when I approached, the door was left open. Despite being disgusted, i had been in travel for 24 hours and dealing with flight cancelations and had to stay. Although the second room was better, I was woken several times throughout the night with the sounds of sirens outside the window, and at one time, someone breaking glass outside the room door. I travel at least once a month and this is BY FAR, the most disgusting property I've ever seen.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for being so close the the airport. I would stay again.

Needed a hotel close to airport and offer breakfast….they fit the bill! Clean room, nice buffet breakfast, and very pleasant staff’
