The Westin Anaheim Resort

We just left and I am already excited to come back. This property offers a vast variety of dining options and activities to do with kids. We stopped by the valet desk with our rental and the valet staff were wonderful helping us unload our bags. We then had a flawless check in with Shali at the front desk. She greeted us with a warm welcoming smile. She even offered a scavenger hunt for my kids, which they absolutely loved. They could not wait to do it. To their surprise, they receive a little treat for completing the activity. After the long flight, I was just looking forward to eating a good meal and just relaxing at the pool. I did my research and saw they had a beautiful pool and hot tub. It was a dream after a long day towards the end of our stay. Can I just thank all the staff at the Tangerine room? Patty was amazing at breakfast, she was so warm and genuine. What completed and made our day was the amazing view from our room. We book a Disney view room. We watched the fireworks that last night and the look on my kids faces were priceless. This whole trip was a surprise. Equally so, my family and I enjoyed every second of it. We made so many amazing memories this trip and we hope to be back soon!

Amazing stay and unforgettable proposal setup We had a wonderful stay at The Westin Anaheim Resort, and I especially want to thank Michelle and the concierge team for helping make our engagement so special. I arranged a surprise proposal setup in the room, and the team was incredibly thoughtful, responsive, and detail-oriented throughout the entire process. They helped coordinate the timing, kept everything confidential, and made sure the room was ready for the surprise. The setup turned out beautiful, and my fiancée and I absolutely loved it. This was such an important moment for us, and the care Michelle and the team put into it truly meant a lot. We really appreciate their help and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone celebrating a special occasion.

This rating relates to the hidden fees of this hotel. I feel like everyone should be aware of this, especially with watching your budget. Why hotels charge for parking and just staying there feels like such a bummer in this economy. You are already paying so much for the room and to be a guest. The hotel itself is really nice. What you would expect at this review and star level, and comfortable. **Parking: $50 a night (it is cheaper, if you are going to disney, to part at Disney which is $40). Valet is $68 **"Destination Fee" (no idea what this is except an additional charge that for some reason is just extra - I can't wait to see how management plays this one off) $46.80 **Cooked to Order Breakfast (so , they have a buffet but note this additional charge) $12-25

What an amazing property! And the staff was so incredible. Brian Oh at the front desk was extremely helpful. He made my stay very memorable. Sue at the front desk helped me extend my stay without a problem. Room service was super fast and immaculate. Ulysses at the pool bar kept me hydrated with a few beers and was so nice. I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending this property to my friends.

We loved our stay! The movie by the pool with free popcorn was an added treat. We ate at the hotel restaurant both mornings and Due was an absolute dream of an employee! We was the kindest waitress, striking up conversation and always checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. She deserves a raise! We will be back

Our stay at The Westin Anaheim Resort was absolutely phenomenal. We averaged nearly 30,000 steps each day, and this hotel served as the ultimate luxurious sanctuary to head back to during and after our incredibly busy park days. The rooms were pristine, beautifully clean, and well-appointed with everything we needed to fully unwind. Every single staff member we encountered was remarkably attentive, warm, and friendly, which truly elevated the entire experience. The amenities here are top-tier and geared beautifully toward recovery. The quick dips in the sparkling pool and hot tub were incredibly refreshing after long afternoons in the sun. A massive shoutout goes to the fitness center as well—being able to use their high-end massage guns to ease our weary feet and legs after those high-step days was an unexpected lifesaver! To top it all off, watching the Disneyland fireworks from RISE Rooftop Lounge was a stunning, peaceful experience away from the park crowds. If you want an upscale, relaxing escape that still keeps you right next to the magic, I cannot recommend this resort enough. We will absolutely be back!
