The Westin Anaheim Resort

I loved everything about this hotel. The location was perfect: a short 7 minute walk to the Convention Center. The staff was courteous, efficient and went over the top to be helpful, such as riding up in the elevator with me to make sure a key I was given worked both the elevator and the room door. The room was expansive, well laid out, with a super-comfy bed and a large wide-screen TV. The bathroom was large with fine toiletries and a huge walk-in shower. The lighting was well thought out, with switches in ideal places and an all-on/off switches by the entrance door and bedside. Being a coffee hound, extra coffee pods were brought to my room within minutes of requesting them. Room service was prompt, courteous and dinner was delicious, which included a perfectly made old-fashioned cocktail. The rooftop bar and restaurant afforded great views and food, and the bar on the main floor was fun with perfect cocktails and fun bartenders. Bar food was excellent.

We were upgraded to park view studio! It was amazing! We eneded up spending most of our night with our Juliette balcony open viewing the park. We love this resort and it is our absolute favorite when visiting Disneyland.

Best hotel with so many perk that I could not even list it all. Kudos to Julia Hoang who have been so attentive to us during our stay, the amenities in this place is superb and they also have EV charger for Tesla in their parking garage too

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the Westin and the entire concierge team for making my wife’s 50th birthday so special. Their thoughtful attention to detail truly exceeded our expectations. They beautifully decorated our room and surprised us with a delicious special treat, which made the celebration even more memorable. Their kindness, hospitality, and effort helped create a wonderful experience that my wife will never forget. Thank you for making such an important milestone birthday so meaningful and enjoyable. We greatly appreciate everything you did to make our stay exceptional.

I’ve been at this hotel about 5 times in the past 4 years. It’s a nice hotel. I frequently use this hotel as I use the AMEX fine hotels benefit. Sometimes when I check in they give water at checkin. Sometimes they don’t. I did receive a small gift package which was nice. Part of the Amex benefit. You do pay a higher rate for early checkin when available, late check out and upgrade when available. During the off season, there is no pool side service and the pool side bar is closed. During peak season it is open. My recent stay I was overcharged $100 by the server who wanted extra tip. I did call the hotel and it was refunded. There was not much apologies or other compensation. Im not the type to ask for that. But I am the type to notice. The buffet is fair. It’s nothing special. The service is quite average. Had to ask for refills of coffee. They served my 2 children last. They ran out of orange juice. The time I stayed before I was given an “upgrade”. Well we originally had a king and a pull out couch I believe (we have 2 adults and 2 children). The bed had no pull out couch. I had to back down and ask for a change. Again I don’t ask for anything and I keep an eye on if errors are made up for. They are not. They seem to not know that I’ve been here quite a few times. I’m a repeat customer but I’m certainly not recognized as one. Pool side service - only peak season and my server tried to steal $100. Room upgrade - given the wrong bed types. Buffet - mid advice and mid food. With the Amex benefit your probably pay 50-150$ for the additional perks that are nice. Generally it is worth it. But if I wasn’t getting the perks, I’d say this is not worth it.

We always have a pleasant stay when we stay here. Workout facility is one of the best we’ve seen for a hotel. Can’t beat the proximity to all things Disney. Easy shopping and freeway access. Even in the rare instance when we did have an issue, Mr. Brian Oh was very helpful and got it resolved without issue. If you can, book a room facing the park and enjoy the fireworks from the comfort of your room each evening :)

We absolutely love staying at the Westin Anaheim it’s our third visit and it never disappoints! The hotel is incredibly convenient to the Disneyland parks, which makes everything so easy and enjoyable for our trips. The property is always spotless, and you can really tell how much attention is put into cleanliness and upkeep. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, and we especially want to recognize Brian Oh, who went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure all our needs were taken care of. Every stay has been comfortable, relaxing, and seamless. We’ll definitely continue choosing the Westin Anaheim for future Disneyland visits!

Pristine property with Four Seasons level service and cleanliness. Truly one of the nicest and most well-run properties I’ve stayed at out of thousands.

Self Parking was unnecessarily overpriced. $50 per day is an overkill
