Location and room size

Cleaning was too bad Reception teams for both shifts were not professional and they were aggressive except the hotel GM who was very professional

Was not a far walk from Disneyland

Room could have been cleaner, there was dirt & crumbs along the floor, something was splattered on the bathroom wall where my towel was suppose to be hung up. Sheets on the bed had dark black stains on them, also same black stain was on towels. One of the stairs were blocked off, was not able to use them. Ice machines did not work well, ended up going to a store to buy ice. And when we booked we tried to pay for parking & was not able to,then had to pay once we checked in.
