The Westwood

It was a great time spent in Galway. The hotel service was very helpful. The room was suitable for one person. A lot of space for your clothes. Desk to work. The only problem was with the electric socket because I didn't have an adapter for my charger. Hope to come back.

Il piccolo quartiere di questa residenza è ben tenuto, però le camere sono piuttosto piccole, compreso il letto a due piazza posizionato da un lato contro il muro. Alla reception viene proposto un parcheggio interno a pagamento... salvo poi scoprire al rientro in tarda serata che non c'era più posto. La risposta delle reception è stata curiosa: non sempre hanno posti a sufficienza ed il pagamento è fatto ad un gestore esterno, quindi loro non hanno responsabilità per eventuali reclami.... peccato che tutte queste cose non le abbiano dette nel momento in cui abbiamo pagato.

Nice to have access to the amenities: study room, pool room, laundry room, kitchen, and spar next door. Our room faced a narrow alleyway between two residential buildings and was near the main entrance to the complex. The sound of people coming back from parties at all hours of the night was amplified by the tunnel effect and we were wakened up every night of our week-long stay. Try to ask for a room outside of that area.

Lovely place with good dining options, within walking distance of many places!!

A great option for those who travel light. The bus to the center was reliable and inexpensive. Nice communal spaces to eat , work and relax.

Cleanliness and rooms were excellent value. The location is about a 20-25 minute walk from the city centre

The complex is awesome, very close to the city centre. Clean and tidy.

This place is not a hotel, it's some kind of student housing, in good condition but very tight rooms, no room cleaning, no restaurant and except for a convenient store on its premises, no restaurants nearby at all!

Note no restaurant in the hotel nor any in close proximity
