Staff were really nice, helpful, and friendly. The room was not very clean; hair strands from last guest were everywhere, along with dirt and dust. The shower curtain was old and dirty. Towels were really rough.

Had issues with heat but owner fixed quickly but other than that no complaints

Front desk person and management are so rude they ask me to leave because we were 3 persons on 1 bed room, i ask to upgrade for a 2 bed room and i will pay the difference and they dont wanted they want me to pay the full amount for the 2 beds and that I'm going to loose what I pay already, obviously I don't accept it and I leave the motel, very bad experience dont stay in there bad service.

The shower and rooms need to be upgraded. Tv volume only goes to 36..which we could barely hear all nite..even with heater turned off. The towels were stained and we only had 1 set.

It is a simple hotel. The lady at check in was nice. The room furniture you can tell is newer, but the building is not. It was clean, but not fancy. The walls were paper thin and the people next door were screaming into their phones for hours. The AC was also on the older side, it was not continuous, which was disappointing since I wanted to drown out the neighbors so my kid could sleep. The front desk is not available 24hours a day. So, I couldn’t ask ask about the AC or get help with the loud neighbors. It was perfectly located for the soccer tournament, just a short drive.

The place is old and run down. Beds are very firm and pillows very thin. The refrigerator in the room did not work well which spoiled our veggies we had for snacks. Water pressure was terrible in the shower. The hook to hang towels were broken off. Needs to be upgraded bad.
