The extra bed for an additional guest has to be requested prior to arrival and be confirmed by the property. An extra bed is only available upon request and is subject to availability. A maximum of 1 extra bed and 1 baby cot are allowed. Guests traveling with children are kindly asked to inform the property in advance of their age. "Family getaway"

We had a great stay as a family of 3. The room was spacious even with the rollaway bed. Breakfast and the pool were great. Nice touch to have the robes and slippers for children, our daughter was so happy. The location was also good and very friendly staff.

"Ein perfekter Aufenthalt mit außergewöhnlichem Service und tollem Spa-Bereich."

Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der außergewöhnlich aufmerksame und persönliche Service im gesamten Hotel. Man hatte jederzeit das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein – die Mitarbeitenden wussten direkt, wer wir sind, ohne dass man ständig Namen oder Zimmernummer nennen musste. Auch der Concierge-Service mit Parkservice für das Auto war sehr angenehm und hat den Aufenthalt besonders komfortabel gemacht. Das Frühstück war qualitativ sehr hochwertig und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Außerdem haben uns der Spa-Bereich mit Schwimmbad und Sauna sehr gut gefallen – modern, sauber und perfekt zum Entspannen. Insgesamt war das gesamte Hotel sehr stilvoll, ruhig und hochwertig. Ein kleines Highlight für unseren 2-jährigen Sohn war neben dem Kinderbett mit sehr bequemen Kopfkissen und Kinderdecke das kleine Kuscheltier (Seepferdchen), das dort bereitlag. Seitdem gibt er es nicht mehr her.

Eigentlich gab es während unseres Aufenthalts nichts Negatives zu beanstanden. Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr angenehm und professionell organisiert.
