The extra bed for an additional guest has to be requested prior to arrival and be confirmed by the property. An extra bed is only available upon request and is subject to availability. A maximum of 1 extra bed and 1 baby cot are allowed. Guests traveling with children are kindly asked to inform the property in advance of their age. Please be aware that we have adults only slots in our Pool and SPA area. These slots are from 11am to 2pm and from 8pm to 11pm.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Design, Stil, Freundlichkeit.

Bad ist seltsam geplant. Die Glastüren haben immer noch einen Schlitz offen. Wir mochten das nicht. Eine Toilette muss vollständig abgeschlossen sein. Bei der Dusche war es seltsam, dass die Pflegeprodukte nicht in der Dusche auf einer Ablage platziert wurden. Es ist eine sehr grosse und dort hat es Platz. Dusche / WC sind nicht funktionsgemäss geplant.

Ein toller Empfang und eine schnelle und bequem Check Phase. Eine tolle Lage um Hamburg zu erkunden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer haben eine schöne Größe und sind gut ausgestattet.

Für Menschen mit einem kleinen Hunger am Morgen ist der Preis für das Frühstück etwas zu hoch angesetzt oder es fehlt eine Alternative. Die Wasserleitungen sind etwas in die Tage gekommen und haben einen leichten Geruch
