"Overal was pleasant"

Our second time visiting, first visit was better. Lovely hotel and location, staff are wonderful

Our room was average. Massive spider web in corner of room on the wall- missed for months and months and the mattress was terrible! Rock hard 😢

"Great location, upgrade needed and staff training."

View was incredible from our room. The location was very central to lots of wineries we visited.

Facilities a little out dated and food offerings pretty poor. The staff at front desk were not educated on facilities with lots of questions be left as they don’t have the answers. Buffet staff were great and super helpful.

"I was extremely disappointed . The room was awful and the staff was unaccommodating"

Pool was nice

The room was awful. It has no hot water. There was a water leak in the kitchen and we couldn’t use the kitchen either. Black mold all over the ceiling. The staff was terrible too they stated there was no other 2 bedrooms available but we found out that was a lie. They offered to move us to a one bedroom for the price of a two bedroom. But move us at 11pm. It was an awful experience

"Nice location, rooms need some work."

Room wasn’t the cleanest, and there was small millipede type bugs coming under the door of the rooms constantly.
