"Would look into other hotels next time. Wouldn’t come back."

The location was convenient for our road trip. Close to I-5.

The check-in process took a long time, even though we booked online. The service was very slow. We asked for bedding for the pull out bed and had to go to the front desk again 2 hours later and then still had to wait. The price is way to high for the quality of stay.

The room had a horrible smell, the check in was awkward at best she was totally confused and not pleasant. I would never stay at this hotels or any others on this chain -

"Ok, but cold water in my room/shower."

The room accommodated 5 people

The water was cold. Because of this I could not take a shower in my assigned room and had to ask for keys to a different room so I could take a shower.
