Friendly staff.

The hotel was good enough for a last minute need for an accommodation

Room was clean and so were the grounds. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

The property on the outside was”ok” the room although it was “clean” the floor was dirty the doors where people touch were disgusting the set up in the room was not comfortable the grout and tile was moldy the tub had no stopper and an old bar of soap left in It from previous … the bed was clean and we had 4 pillows. That’s always a plus. The front desk woman was amazing as was the housekeeper when we asked for a set of towels.

In the room there were no built in phone chargers.

The floors were dirty and there was leftover food in the frigerator

The staff was excellent. The outside of the property looked better than the room which seemed outdated. The lighting was super bright and uncomfortable. Lampshades and microwave need to be updated. The lining of the drapes was hanging below the drapes. The bedspread needed to be updated and more color would have been nice. The breakfast was great with lots of choices. Easy parking available.

Front desk very welcoming. Clean, perfect size property. Great breakfast. Loved the pool.

It was nice, it had what we needed for our one night stay

We had a room that allowed pets. So the floor was a nice laminate floor which is good because it can be mopped between guests. That’s the whole point of not having carpet in a room with pets, right? When I wiped the water up from the floor the white bath mat came up filthy. Not kind of dirty. I tested the floor elsewhere in the room, same thing. I appreciate the owners providing a pet friendly room. The cleaning of the room floor needs to be addressed in the housekeeping protocol.
