"Rockaway Stay"

Almost everything. Especially the Staff. Very helpful

The pillows were not comfortable. Also, the breakfast options were very limited.

It’s clean and it’s in a great location. Dunkin’ Donuts right across the way. Good restaurants to choose from and a shopping mall.

"Limited restaurant and early check in fee of $75"

Biggest complaint is arriving at 2PM, being told the room is ready and then told check in at 4PM unless you pay $75! Occupancy was low for a Saturday. No restaurant hours for dinner. The bar was not open when we were there. There is a mall across parking lot for food. The room was adequate. We did argue the fee and we were allowed to check in. We probably will not book at this hotel again.
