Clean rooms and bathrooms and beds are so comfortable and staff house cleaning and management were awesome 😎👍so I believe now that I have Booked 5 nights I get 1 night free. So I hope to get that tonight. I could really use another night of rest

"I booked this place by mistake thinking it was a different place. I moved there after one night."

Price. Waffle breakfast

No turntable in microwave. Wallpaper stripped off walls and not replaced. Lots of homeless in the area.

"Not worth the price"

Advertised breakfast but there was none. Ending up costing more dollars and time (as we were pressed for time) as we needed to rush out to a local restaurant. No follow-up by management on the issue. Promised to address the complaint but no action was taken.

Size of room and they allowed dogs.

Some of the staff were very rude and absolutely did not want to do their job. Our room was filthy even though we were told it was just cleaned.

I have always had good times at Super 8. But this time I'm not happy. Because for some reason, I was not allowed to have visitors to my room. And was not told by the staff. They just told my friend that he could not go to my room. I am very upset about this . And I will NOT be staying their again.

I also don't understand why my stays are not counted for my rewards. I know that I have stayed their at Super 8 every month for the last year. Sometimes 6 nights. But where are all my rewards and free nights? Windham owes me.
