Super 8 by Wyndham Oroville

The staff was very nice and welcoming

I wish the jacuzzi would have been ready but honestly I have no complaints

Our room was dirty. I reported it and nothin happened.

The price was decent but you get what you pay for .

Pool was closed and continental breakfast wasnt available. The elevator kept breaking down and there was tweakers in parking lot all day and night working on parked cars. I didnt receive an email about any of the amenities not available or i would of stayed somewhere else.The Wyndham brand is altogether bad and i wouldn't stay at any of thier facilities ever again.

The landscaping was full of weeds and there were a few little flying gnats in the room. On the plus side, the refrigerator was relatively large for not being a full-size fridge. And it was nice to have a microwave too. Bathroom mirror was nice, with its built-in lighting. Front desk staff were friendly.

The room smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room

THE ROOM SMELL NO TO GOOD

I loved the helpfulness of the staff. The location wasn't bad at all.

The room has a nasty smell of urine and cigarettes sheets and bed had holes in them and stains like blood and pee there’s holes in the mattress the staff was rude and spoke out of pocket towards my kids in a harsh manner they have lied to my hsp worker about people being here with me when it’s just me and my kids each night the house keeping lady came inside my room while I went to work took pictures of my kids clothes they changed out of for school after I got back from work I cleaned the room up they are trying to charge me for all the damage that’s been pre existing and told me it’s my job to inspect their building and report to them the damages I find no thank you that is absolutely not my profession nor job I don’t get paid to inspect your buildings nor am I a certified city inspector they have tons of homeless sleeping around the outside dealing drugs smoking drugs in the nice trimmed bushes around the parking lot some have tried to ask my kids for drugs and got hostile about their responses it’s not safe for children over here gotta keep a very watchful eye this place is a nightmare currently they will lie about you and rip you off in the process to attempt to fix everything that’s wrong with this place watch out I’d recommend recording everything upon entry to your room if you decide to stay you literally have to tear everything apart record it to see what’s all broken or wrong with the place or they will charge you for the damages they have allowed the tweakers to do to this place
