Very nice manger

The cleanness needed to be better

It's disgusting and dirty. So outdated and mold on the ceilings. Holes in bedspreads and stains on sheets. Non-working remotes, TV, and phone in the room. So many dirty things. Food choices were waffles, coffee, and toast ran out of syrup and coffee in the first hour and had no more. The worst stay ever anywhere. Wyndham was contacted, and they did nothing about both rooms. My daughter left never stayed because so gross. No refunds or anything. Don't trust Wyndham hotels any longer there terrible.

Ashley was marvelous ,there was dirty sheet on bed and she took it amongst herself to change out the sheets and pillow cases thank you ashley.

Nothing

The area only has hi and accommodations or low end accommodations. This one is one of the best of the reasonably priced accommodations available in Oroville. I stay in Oroville 10 times a year and that has been my experience.

They have removed all breakfast items except for toast a waffle maker, coffee and juice. They no longer have cereal, milk muffins, fruit.

The room was clean but we only had 1 towel and balcony was dirty

I liked that we had the end room on the hallway, and they upgraded our room to a larger king due to my client being in a wheelchair

It was a non smoking room, but the blankets had huge burn holes in it, the carpets were all stained up, the other rooms were full of kids and families that were loud all night long, the breakfast was nasty, only bread or waffles, the sliding glass doors weren’t on tracks and we had to pry it open with a screwdriver just to get it to open and they don’t lock, so that’s scary.
