Pretty good location to explore Venice. Easy 10 min ride with a train to Venice. Good food options around the hotel. Clean room, satisfactory breakfast based on the fact we are in Italy.

Hotel room shows its age. Although we reserved triple room, third bed was a sofa-bed which is not very confortable for an adult. Breakfast served cold waffels and american pancakes with no option to re-heat. At the checkout we waited a long time due to very slow receptionist (he also mentioned system was not working at some point). If we would have gone to the airport it would cause a lot of stress. for 250+ eur per night I would expect more.

Man at checkin was extremely Helpful and polite. Free tea and coffee was fantastic, room was clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom. Modern decor. Breakfast was good value. Room was quiet.

Man on check out was rude and it took ages. Shower flooded regularly,
