We really appreciated the friendliness and responsiveness of the staff. We had a group of students staying for a week, and the staff took very good care of us all!

The checking process was a bit time-consuming, but Daniele explained that the staff were working with a new registration system, which explained what took extra time.

Breakfast was good and the location is very convenient

I accidentally left my jean in the closet in my room # 519 , i wrote to best western to see if cleaning lady found my jean. The cleaning lady did not find it. I always had good experience with best western in America so i thought Venezia had same honesty but i was pretty disappointed. I know it was my fault to forgot to pack my jean but also not expecting no one check the closet or just disregard my request.

Very clean room, great breakfast, near to the bus station to Venice or to Lido or airport, just acroas the street. Sound proof door in every room. Pedestrial zone Mestre is 10min walking.

Amabilidad del personal y excelente localizacion

Estaba alojado en la ultima planta habia un ruido constante y molesto probablemente procedente de las maquinas que estan arriba. Es incomodo tambien no poder apagar manualmente el extractor del baño que tambien ea muy ruidoso.
