The hotel was good. Booking.com not good. See below.

Booking.com was the problem. I requested an upgrade to king suite, denied, requested a king, was initially approved and charged but the site said denied. When I got there, they did have the king suite but could not change my reservation because it was thru booking.com. I purchased the king suite in addition to the booking.com reservation. This is the last time I will use booking.com.

Nice place to stay. We didn't like that you rent out the pool so it was full of kids and families that were not staying at the hotel. We tried using the pool and hot tub but it was so loud with kids we left. One of the reason we stayed was so we could use the pool and hot tub. Kitchen lady was lovely!! Good breakfast.

Only complaint is that the room was poorly lit...only 2 table lamps for the main area. Otherwise an excellent stay.

This is a property that feels and smells unsafe. Sorry to say but this is not a place where I would want my family to stay in.

Excellent hotel however, the beds make a horrific noise when you touch the base of them. It wakes everyone in the room, even if you’re trying to be quiet very concerning you should replace or baffle the bottom of the bed.

That the hotel was outstanding and excellent place to stay, however, the bed frames are made of a thin sheet steel underneath the bed that makes a horrible noise every time you touch it. It was nearly impossible not to kick it or just touch it when moving around the bed. When you do it makes a very distracting loud and horrible noise and wakes everyone up at night if anybody gets out of the bed, Just a suggested upgrade would be to replace the base of the beds of anchor/baffle them, otherwise your hotel is outstanding!

Staff were helpful, and friendly! Rooms were clean, and beds were comfortable. The pool was clean, and the complimentary breakfast was wonderful with a wide variety of choices!!
