Gutters, soffits and windows need work. Big rain storm and rain dripped through windows into my room. Otherwise great. Hot clean hot tub!

Hotel was clean. Door lock on room broken. Arrived 25 min before checkin time and was told it would be a $25 charge to checkin early. Not secure building at night when desk wasn’t manned.

Decent hotel for price. Would stay again.

The complaint I have refers to early check-in. I had been traveling from the east coast since 2 am EST. I arrived around 11 so I understude that was too early so I left the property and came back at 2pm EST, I didn’t realize it was not 3 pm here. I was obviously very tired. There was no attempt to accommodate me. I sat in the lobby falling asleep in a chair until I could check in . NOT HOSPITABLE

The location was fine, but that was about all.

The staff was atrocious, particularly a woman named “Dawn” who was completely rude and argumentative. I am shocked that she would speak to customers the way she spoke to me, when she should have been apologizing.

My stay was okay. The only problem was with horrible channels, the Internet connection was very slow. We only had one notch for Internet. The pool was very inviting, but I needed a little more heat. The hot tub was awesome. My stay was very nice.
