The temperature of the shower was difficult to control.

Over priced, food was not very good staff wanted to help but language was an issue

On arrival we were amazed by friendliness and efficiency of a reception staff. Hotels grounds and interiors were gorgeous, and our room was spacious. The hotel was extremely clean. Room service personnel was friendly and polite, and responded immediately to every request. The swimming pool and spa facilities were fantastic and free. However, our stay was overshadowed by a low food quality int the main dining room. All salads were watery and not tasty. At first glance, there was a good cheese selection, but all were of same flat sticky taste regardless to brand name. Omlet was the only tasty breakfast dish, and onion soup and minestrone soup at dinner alike. Desserts do not deserve mentioning at all. To contrast with other hotel staff, the dining room service was absolutely indifferent and inattentive. One could wait around half an hour for cappuccino. Furthermore, a second negative surprise at the dining was compete abscence of meat dishes in the dinner meal. Nearby meat restaurant was good, but it was small, always busy, and overcrowded. We managed to book a dinner at a suitable hour just once during our 6-day stay. The hotel staff was unable to help us reservation. We are frequent visitors of high rank hotels around the globe, and know exactly how the things should run on. This was probably our worst experience in exclusive hotel. At the bottom line, we can barely recommend this hotel to our friends.

Great hotel!

There is no enforcement of wearing masks. Even some of the workers did not take care to wear masks. Value for money is very low. Especially in the lobby restaurant.

Summing up 40 years of vacations at Mitzpe Yamim. The new design of the hotel is disappointing, tough economic reasons are obvious. Generally the hotel is trying to upkeep the spirit of Yaros the founder. No modern designer take away the view, the fresh air and the atmosphere of the place. The food is bad and low grade, the quantity & variety can't cover up for low quality, you must change the chef! - if you want us back. I will appreciate your comment in return. Avri Aviv,

It was impossible to get real hot coffee in the dining room although i tried 4 times !!! 0n breakfast .Why there is a rule of the administration- that's what we were told- not to serve hot coffee or tea in supper ? I was told to get the dessert to the lobby and order the coffee there ! Why in a room for a couple there are only 1 chair ?

I was in a hotel a few years ago before the perfect renovation was done on the place. The stay was excellent. We got the room at 15.00 to my delight and not at 17.00. It was great because I booked a massage and was able to rest a bit after the trip here. Important note: I booked one night at a hotel online because there were no more days available. The order stated that the amount to be paid was 1770 including taxes. To my surprise at the hotel I was told that the payment is 2008 shekels. ????There is ambiguity here when booking. Please check this. The entire hotel staff is extremely courteous. The place is clean and well maintained. On the morning walk he was a professional and sympathetic guide. The massage at the spa was excellent and Oksana's treatment was courteous and professional. Thanks for the super. We will keep coming back. ..

It’s a very nice hotel set in a beautiful and semi-wild hillside location. Good walks. Great spa. The dining room is dairy and the quality of the food is variable
